Cancellation Policy

FIRST TIME CLIENTS: There will be NON REFUNDABLE deposit fee for New 1st time Clients when booking the appointment. Amount will be determined on which service(s) you are receiving Cancellations: I charge a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW: I charge 100% of the appointment if I receive a NO CALL NO SHOW. This Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE LATE CLIENTS If the client is 10 minutes late, I will not have time to complete your service and you will need to reschedule.
